An Exhibition of Members’ Icons at Westminster Abbey, London

Preliminary Notes for Exhibitors

In the first instance, those wishing to exhibit should send an e-mail to:  info@bai.org.uk 

Details about booking places for icons will be sent to BAI members in due course.  It is likely that there will be a limit of 3 icons per exhibitor at a cost per icon – (details later).

• Please ensure that the title of the icon and your name and address are securely attached to the back of each icon so

they can be easily identified.

• It is also essential that the icon is ready to hang and that the hooks and wire are already in place.

• We will not insure your exhibit(s) nor can we be responsible for its (their) safety in transit nor at the venue. However,

we will make sure that every effort is made to keep your items safe.

• Please note you will have to collect your exhibit(s) from the venue in Westminster Abbey on the last day of the exhibition (*)

• We will mail back icons only if postage is paid for in advance and if they are mailed to us with re-usable packing.

• All items sent are at your own risk.

* At the end of the Exhibition all icons are to be collected in person by the iconographer, or someone else on their behalf (as arranged by the iconographer).
