I am excited to announce that due to high demand, I am running two Iconography courses in the idyllic Chellington Centre in February 2026.
You will create your own icon for your home and your loved ones and support a good cause – a Youth charity for disadvantaged young people – in a 4-day course in the blissful Chellington Centre (St. Nicholas Church), one of the most scenic and inspiring venues in Bedfordshire.
When:
1st Course: 2-5 February 2026 (Mon-Thu) (please sign up by 16 January 2026)
Or
2nd Course: 9-12 February 2026 (Mon-Thu) (please sign up by 20 January 2026).
What to bring: your own gesso board size approx A4, or you contact me for assistance.
Bring your lunch.
If you like to stay on the site: Rooms £30 pp/night only.
Welcome all, no previous experience required.
Tutor: Anara Forrester – iconographer, member of British Association of Iconographers, exhibited at Westminster Abbey (2025), Liverpool (2023), Pimlico (2019). Her icons are held in churches across England, Wales and abroad.
