St Leonards Icon Painting Studio, East Sussex

I have opened a studio in St Leonards-on-sea where there are regular icon painting classes on a weekday, weekday evening and a monthly weekend. The classes follow the pedagogical principles of the Prosopon School of Iconology and uses the Prosopon technique of liquid egg tempera painting.

When I typed ‘painting for God’, into my computer’s search engine, a journey began would lead me to dedicate my life to icon painting. Offering classes in my new studio space is exciting and I invite others to join the class and begin their own practice.
